2. What data we process
We process the data you give us through the contact form, by email or by phone: name, email address, the service you are interested in and the content of your message. Basic technical browsing data (such as your IP address) is also processed as needed for the website to work and stay secure.
3. What we use it for and on what legal basis
- Answering your enquiries and quote requests. Legal basis: your consent when you send us the request, and taking pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
- Managing the relationship with clients who hire our services. Legal basis: performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b) and compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c).
- Keeping the website secure and working properly. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f).
We do not send marketing communications without your prior consent, and we do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and then for a maximum of one year, unless a business relationship begins. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
5. Who it is shared with
We do not pass your data on to third parties, unless legally required. It may be accessed by providers of services we need to operate (for example, web hosting and email), who act as data processors following our instructions. If any of them were located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer would be made with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@neskatic.com or to our postal address and stating the right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity.
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
8. Minors
This website is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes in our activity. The current version will always be the one published on this page.
